Dr. Ferris W. Corbett, DrPH
Chief Executive Officer | Founder

Dr. Ferris W. Corbett is a visionary leader, educator, and advocate with over 30 years of combined experience in nursing, public health, and holistic wellness. As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of He Cares Training & Education Center, LLC, Dr. Corbett is deeply committed to transforming communities through education, empowerment, and evidence-based practice. His compassionate leadership, strategic insight, and unshakable faith continue to inspire others to heal, grow, and lead.
Holding a Doctorate in Public Health and a Master of Public Health, he also brings extensive credentials as a Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Life Coach, Telehealth Presenter, and Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). His work spans healthcare training, trauma-informed ministry, mental health advocacy, and professional development for individuals and organizations alike.
Dr. Deidra S. Willis, DNP

Dr. Deidra S. Willis brings a powerful blend of clinical expertise, administrative leadership, and faith-based compassion to her role as Executive Vice President and Co-founder at He Cares Training & Education Center, LLC. As a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with years of hands-on experience in both acute care and community health, Dr. Willis is a trusted leader who bridges the gap between clinical practice and community wellness.
Her passion for transforming healthcare systems and equipping underserved populations is evident in every project she leads. Dr. Willis plays a vital role in program development, curriculum design, and strategic implementation for the Center’s CEU courses, support groups, and health education initiatives.
